Ya con mas calma os presento mi ultima adquisicion ha tardado pero ya esta aqui. Tambien queria agradecer a Carlos de Flash Rabat el exquisito trato recibido. Detalle de la nueva leva con la ruedecita y un tornillo de ajuste en la corona. Podra gustar o no pero no hay duda que esta muy bien hecho y el detalle de la leva lo hace unico EMHO. Me hubiera gustado que el sistema de cambio rapido de correas ya estuviera implementado pues creo que un reloj tan camalelonico como este el sistema de tornillo es un poco peligroso sobre todo para manazas como yo. Le he cambiado la correa por una negra de aligator por cierto menudos precios 240 euros la correa de marras y le he puesto el deployante que para mi es mas comodo que ese descomunal ardillon. Es curioso que esta unidad lleva el certificado cosc sellado el 10/06/2007 una semana despues en la quedada de Rabat yo me apuntaba junto con Carbell a la lista para conseguir uno.

Hello Everyone. This Double Eagle Mission Hills is my first Omega in a number of years and I thought I would share it here. I have not generally been a fan of the Constellation series but I love this one. I was looking for a sporty and unique rubber-strapped watch and ended up choosing between the Omega DE and the 41mm Big Bang. I really like both models but went with the Double Eagle on the strength of the brand and the great Co-Axial movement. The carbon fiber dial and unusual sub-dial presentation add a lot of visual interest to the watch, and the light-weight titanium case and clasp make this one very comfortable on the wrist. The bezel, pushers & crown are coated with rubber and feel nice to the touch. Here is a quick wrist pic: Have a nice Thursday! So I've been keeping track of my new constellation's time keeping and its horrible :O I've been wearing it each day for a week on 12 hours work days and then when I get home and watch some Fifa games. Sadly its lost a minute the past week, the watch is new but I beleive it to be a 2007 model via the serial number (somewhere in the 81mil range) Again I've only compared the time keeping to my cable box's clock but I don't see that as really reliable over a Omega, again I've never had this issue with my other watches (a Fendi a couple invictas and a lucien picard) I've started to compare them to my other watches and some online clocks but its always slow per day of -20 to -40 seconds depending on which location I look at. Do you guys have any recomendations? I got the watch as a gift but I don't think it was from a AD. I think it is a genuine watch, sounds looks and feals like the AD watches I was looking at to compare it to but I'm not sure if the time keeping is up to standard it might need a cleaning. Any suggestions before I call up my local AD and send it to a service center. Does anyone know the costs in Canadian for a cleaning/check up for the watch? its a constellation 95 series with a 1120 in it (equivalent of the eta 2892)

I managed to find these two Afrikaaners last year by taking the direct approach and finally picked them up last week in DC - it's been a long wait! Lovely watches and very happy to have them in the group, many thanks to the MWRine seller for his patience, trust and cooperation. Both have very good provenance. I'll post photos of the backs when I get a moment. I think the ****** "RB" NATO looks great on these watches (the rehaute on the 5012 needs to be rotated clockwise a hair) They join their northern brothers in arms, the SwAF Lemania the Swaf Tg195 and the RN Lemania HS9

My understanding is that the dealers pay for inventory up front, thus they would rather move what they have in stock than keep ordering new stuff for people. Plus it isnt like these are cheese or something perishable. I wonder if this "factory fresh" craze is something new or if it has been around a while, as until the past decade or so I had never heard of it...now shops my wife frequents always insist on getting her a "fresh one" from the back (always cringe at that saying)...and whose to say that wasn't a display model too.... Either way, if it makes you sleep easier at night then have them order it, I personally wouldn't expect a discount for that but who knows, it is a down economy."Semper Ubi Sub Ubi"
Because I simply DO NOT understand this Zodiac Seawolf bezel thing!!! I have 4 Seawolf cases and not a single one of my bezels will interchange with any of the cases! I have noticed that the bezel dots are in different locations so that would make some difference but what about the cases that have the bezel dot in the same place? Even at that they dont interchange! My assumption and obhviously I am wrong was that ALL the bezels should swap with either case. I know and have been told that metal bezels will not interchange with that of cases with the resin bezel but how come none of the other like bezels will interchange!?
